Written Scope Within 3 Business Days
We produce a short written scope: what we will do, who from our team will do it, the timeline, and the fee. Fixed-fee wherever possible. Hourly only when the scope genuinely cannot be defined in advance.

Onboard and Deliver
We get access to your systems, review existing work papers and close packages, meet the team, and begin. For most engagements we are productive within 3–5 days of starting.

Hand Back Clean
At the end of the engagement we produce documentation of what we did, any process changes we made, and recommendations for the permanent team. You do not lose the work when we leave.

What mid-market clients ask before engaging.
Most engagements are 4–12 weeks. We do not do one-day engagements — we need enough time to understand the environment and deliver something that actually holds. For ongoing retainer support, the minimum is 3 months.
Primarily remote. For Houston-area clients, onsite availability can be arranged for specific periods (audit week, system cutover, etc.). All work is done through secure, auditable channels, we do not use personal email or unencrypted file sharing.
Typically within 5–7 business days of signing. For urgent situations (controller just left, audit starts in two weeks), we can often start within 2–3 days. Tell us your timeline on the call and we will tell you what is possible.
Yes, this is the most common setup. Your controller directs the work, we provide capacity and senior review. We do not arrive with an agenda to change everything. We work within your existing structure and improve what needs improving.
