How it works

We start with the process you already have.

No large transformation programme. No unnecessary system replacement. We first understand how the work moves today.

Seven steps, in order

Each step has a clear output. Nothing is automated until the process is understood.

  1. Understand
  2. Identify friction
  3. Design
  4. Configure
  5. Test
  6. Go live
  7. Improve

The seven steps in detail

  1. Understand the current workflow

We walk through how work moves today, with the people who do it.

    We review
    • Proposal or estimate process
    • Approval
    • Invoice creation
    • Payment terms
    • Follow up
    • Payment handling
    • Accounting handoff
  2. Identify friction

We find where time is lost and where work depends on someone remembering.

    We look for
    • Delays
    • Duplicate work
    • Missing ownership
    • Inconsistent follow up
    • Disconnected tools
    • Manual status checks
    • Exception handling gaps
  3. Design the future workflow

We agree the target process with you before anything is configured.

    We decide
    • What stays manual
    • What is automated
    • What triggers action
    • What needs escalation
    • What information becomes visible
  4. Configure AiranSuite

We configure the repeatable parts of the agreed workflow in AiranSuite. We use standard configuration wherever it fits and only build something bespoke when the process genuinely needs it.

  5. Test the process

We test normal transactions and exceptions before anything reaches a customer.

    Examples
    • Proposal accepted
    • Invoice generated
    • Reminder triggered
    • Payment received
    • Payment fails
    • Customer disputes invoice
  6. Go live

We switch the workflow on and watch the first cycles closely. You get a clear handoff: who owns exceptions, who reviews status and how to reach us. Where you need ongoing help running the process, Airan can provide operational support.

  7. Improve as needed

The process should change only when the business changes or evidence shows a real problem. Not for the sake of change.

Questions about getting started

Do we have to change our accounting system?

No. We start with the systems you already use. We only suggest a change if the current setup is the actual cause of the problem.

Is everything automated?

No. Routine, rules based steps are automated. Disputes, unusual payments and customer questions stay with people. Step 3 decides where that line sits for your business.

What if we are not sure what we need?

That is normal. Step 1 exists for this. You show us what happens today, and we tell you whether there is a meaningful problem to solve.

Show us how the work moves today. We will tell you what is worth changing.

No commitment and no pressure to buy software. If Airan is not the right fit, we will say so.
