Our founder, was at his wit's end with the recruitment process. Every time he posted a job opening, he was inundated with resumes, but it seemed like none of the candidates were a good fit. He spent countless hours sifting through resumes, conducting interviews, and administering tests, only to be disappointed time and time again. The sheer frustration of not finding the right candidate was overwhelming, and he couldn't help but feel like the hiring process was a never-ending nightmare. To address this issue, he decided to start Airan, a recruitment platform that helps employers find the best candidates for their job openings.
